Perasattu Dosa/ Green Moong Chilla. Moong Dal Dosa is a crispy instant Indian lentil crape made from ground whole green gram /moong beans batter along with spices like cumin seeds, ginger, green chili, black pepper powder, and salt. It is also known as Pesarattu or Pesara Dosa in Andhra Pradesh. Moong daal dosa is also known as Green Moong Daal Chilla or Green Gram Dosa.
I usually make Pesarattu dosa with both whole green moong dal and the split husked yellow mung lentils. The dosa made with yellow moong lentils has a texture similar to the North Indian Moong Chilla. Whereas the ones made with whole moong beans taste a bit different. You can cook Perasattu Dosa/ Green Moong Chilla using 11 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook it.
