Paneer butter masala step by step

  1. Firstly wash tomatoes, now remove skin of it, and cut it in cube..
  2. Now take a pan add half butter and 1tbsp oil in it.
  3. After this low flame the gas add all whole spices on by one..
  4. Now add cubed tomatoes and cooked it till it became soft and mushy..
  5. Add salt, chilli powder and Cashew nut paste. And cook it for 5 min. more..
  6. Now switch off the gas, and take out the tomato  in a big flat plate, let it became cool..
  7. While this is being cool, please remove all the whole spice expect the green cardamom..
  8. After this take a mixer grinder and make a paste of tomatoes..
  9. Now for creamy texture strain all the paste, with the help of strainer in a bowl and keep it aside..
  10. In next step heat up a pan, add the reaming butter, while the butter is simmering  put ginger slice and green chilli..
  11. Now add the tomato gravy in it. And keep stir it, so it will not stick in the bottom..
  12. If your gravy getting stick then add little water, not too much. And simmer the gas, and cover it with lid.
  13. Cooked it up properly, so that there is no raw ness of tomato..
  14. After this switch off the gas and add cream and honey or cubed paneer..
  15. And put some dry crushed   fenugreek leaf..
