- Pour in a bowl & garnish with coriander leaves..
- Add coriander powder,garam masala & cashews..
- Take a karahi,pour 2 tsp of oil with chopped onions..
- Cook till they become brown in colour now add red chilli powder,salt & chopped tomatoes..
- Cook for 5 min till they become a smooth paste..
- Cook till all the mixture is well mixed, switch off the flame & let it cool down..
- When it is cooled,blend with 2 cup of water in a mixie..
- Take another pan,put 2 tbsp of butter with dry spices,stir for 2 minutes & add ginger garlic paste& saute them..
- Pour the blended puree in it & cook till the gravy becomes thick..
- Add paneer & kasoori methi & stir well & cook for 5 minutes..
- Serve hot with rice, chapati,salad,,chutney papad & raita..
