Paneer Butter Masala (cottage cheese) instructions
- In Cooker type Pan, put Oil when heating put whole garam masala (tezpatta cloves dalchin pepper,) saute for few minutes and put grated Onions stir till it becomes pinkish than put chopped tomatoes green chillies and garlic pods and cashews,and saute for a while.
- Then put chopped tomatoes and cover the cooker Pan for 1whistle,blend after cooling and keep aside,then in the same Cooker Pan firstly put 2 tbsp Ghee, when heating put all Spices (Red chilli powder coriander powder and haldi) saute for a while then put Onions and tomatoes mixture into it and stir continuously till Oil separate from gravy.
- Then put Peas and finely chopped capsicum and Paneer Cubes add Salt and stir for a while then put 1tbsp Cream and cover the cooker Pan for one whistle and keep the gas flame slow for 5 minutes..
- Lastly granish with corrriander leaves and kasuri methi and little garam masala and Cream over and serve hot with chapati yummy it taste.
