  7. After 30 min Chicken half done n starts to release oil... Now add two cups of water. Do flame medium. Cook till Chicken fully done...
  8. Now check with a fork... If it easily poke the chicken... It means Chicken done....
  9. Now off the gas oven... Sprinkle garam masala n cilantro..
  10. U can enjoy with steamed rice.. Any type of bread or Indian flat bread..
