- Heat some ghee in the pan.
- Add red chilli, coconut, coriander seeds, saunf, methi seeds and fry it for sometime.
- Switch of the flame and grind it on the mixer with little water and make a thick paste.
- Heat some ghee in an another pan.
- Add mustard seeds, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and onions and fry from three to four minutes.
- Add chicken to it then sprinkle turmeric powder and salt.
- Keep cooking till chicken is half cooked and then add the paste.
- Add water and cook the chicken for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Check for salt and serve it with steamed rice.
