- Prepare of Onion 2 medium(sliced).
- It's of Tomato 1 big (finely chopped).
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger/Garlic paste.

- Prepare of Coconut milk.
- Prepare 1/2 of cup.

- You need 2 tbsp of Oil.

- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric.

Chicken Curry instructions
- Wash,clean & drain the chicken and marinate it for 15-30 minutes.Heat a pan with oil.Add sliced onions and fry until light brown in colour.Add ginger garlic paste and fry for another minute..
- Add all the masala powders,salt and chopped tomato.Saute until oil seperates.Now add the marinated chicken pieces and saute for 5-10 minutes..
- Add 1/2 cup water,mix well and close the lid.Cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame until the chicken is well cooked.Now add fresh coconut milk.Switch of the flame after first boil..
- Heat a small pan with a tbsp of coconut oil and add curry leaves.Pour this to the gravy and serve hot with steamed rice..
