Make sweet paniyaram or sweet appam in batches. Heat half cup water in a pan. Switch off and add grated jaggery or karupatti. Sweet appam is best opted by people who need fast and easy snack because they have chronic lateness or people who like to feel like they're eating dessert all the time. I do fit in both the categories.
