- Prepare 1 kg of chicken.

- Prepare 2 of bay leaf.
- You need 4-5 of green cardmom.
- Prepare 2 of black cardmom.

- Wash chicken with 1 tsp turmeric and 2tbspn vinegar mix with it..
- Take a deep kadhayi, heat oil..
- Add whole Spices in heated oil...once it crackle (baghar) add chopped onions to it..
- Saute it until onions get golden brown colour, then add ginger garlic paste..mix it...stir fry for 2 minutes to get out from raw smell..
- Now add all the spices mixture, tomatoes, chopped green chillies. Mix it well.
- Add 1/2 cup water...mix it, cover and cook for 5 minutes at low to med flame till oil separates from the masalas..
- Now, open the lid...add chicken pieces to it....mix it well..
- Cook the curry with continuously stirring for 10 minutes till it becomes dry..
- Now, Add 2 cups water...bring it to boil, cover it and cook for 10_12 minutes at medium flame..
- Sprinkle 1 tsp garam masala powder, mix it well. Turn off the flame.
