Chicken Dum biryani step by step

  1. Wash chicken and squeeze excess water and make cut lines with knife on leg pieces.
  2. Take a bowl add chicken legs salt,red chilli powder, curd 1/4 cup ginger garlic paste and marinate for 1/2an hour.
  3. On the other side wash rice and soaked for 5-10 mins.
  4. Take big pan and Enough water to boil add little oil and add green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, black peppercorns, put rice and boiled not fully done.
  5. Drain water fully with the strainer.
  6. Now take big pan add refined oil or ghee sauté chopped onion then chopped tomato cook till very soft add all dry masala and Eastern biryani masala.
