  1. It's 2 cups of basmati rice.
  2. You need 250 gm of boneless chicken.
  3. You need 1 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  4. It's 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
  5. You need 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
  7. It's 1 tsp of chaat masala.
  8. You need 1 1/2 tsp of biriyani masala.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
  11. You need 1 cup of onion paste.
  12. It's 1/2 cup of tomato paste.
  13. You need 2 tbsp of fried onion.
  14. It's 2 tbsp of saffron milk.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  16. You need 1 tbsp of mustard oil.
  17. Prepare 5/6 tbsp of oil.
  18. You need 4 of Green cardamom.
  19. You need 5/6 of cloves.

Chicken tikka dum biriyani step by step

  1. 1st take a bowl add curd,ginger,garlic paste, turmeric,red chilli,cumin, coriander,garam masala,chaat masala powder,salt, kemon juice,red food colour,oil & mix well..
  2. Then add boneless chicken cubes & mix well. Keep aside for 1 hours..
  3. Next take a pan on oven,add water,once water is hot add cinnamon,cloves,green cardamom,salt, lemon juice, oil & mix well..
  4. Then add soaked long grain rice & cook for 70to 80%..
  5. Once rice is ready drain the water..
  6. Keep the boiled rice in a strainer..
  7. After 1 hour prick the chicken in skewers..
  8. Then take a grill tawa on gas,add oil,once oil is hot add chicken..
  9. Grill the chicken both sides evenly..
  10. Once tikka's are done,take it out..
  11. Post that roast the chicken on oven directly..
  12. Then take a pan on oven add oil,once oil is hot add cinnamon,cloves,green cardamom & fry for 1/2 sec..
  13. Next add onion paste & fry well..
  14. Next add tomato paste stir well..
  15. Then add ginger,garlic paste mix & cook for 2 mins..
  16. Next add all masalas,little water mix well & cook for another 2/3 mins..
  17. Then add extra marination in gravy & mix well..
  18. Add 1/2 cup water,salt,garam masala powder mix well..
  19. Next add chicken tikkas mix well & cook for 4/5 mins..
  20. For biriyani layering - The 1st layer should be with chicken tikka masala the 2nd layer whould be with rice..
  21. Then add salt,biriyani masala,black pepper powder, saffron milk..
  22. Again the 3rd layer with chicken tikka masala & finally layer with rice..
  23. Again add salt, biriyani masala,black pepper powder,saffron milk,fried onion,kera water,rose water, mint leaves,green chilies on top..
  24. Seal the pan with atta dough & put the laid on top..
  25. Keep a tawa on oven & put the food pan on it, simmer the gas & cook for 15 mins..
  26. After 15 mins,switch of the gas & rest for 5 min..
  27. After 5 mins open the laid & serve hot with raita..
