- It's 2 cups of basmati rice.
- You need 250 gm of boneless chicken.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- It's 1 tsp of chaat masala.
- You need 1 1/2 tsp of biriyani masala.
- It's 1 tbsp of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
- You need 1 cup of onion paste.
- It's 1/2 cup of tomato paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of fried onion.
- It's 2 tbsp of saffron milk.
- Prepare 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of mustard oil.
- Prepare 5/6 tbsp of oil.
- You need 4 of Green cardamom.
- You need 5/6 of cloves.
- Prepare 1 of cinnamon.
- You need 1 tbsp of Lemon juice.

Chicken tikka dum biriyani step by step
- 1st take a bowl add curd,ginger,garlic paste, turmeric,red chilli,cumin, coriander,garam masala,chaat masala powder,salt, kemon juice,red food colour,oil & mix well..
- Then add boneless chicken cubes & mix well. Keep aside for 1 hours..
- Next take a pan on oven,add water,once water is hot add cinnamon,cloves,green cardamom,salt, lemon juice, oil & mix well..
- Then add soaked long grain rice & cook for 70to 80%..
- Once rice is ready drain the water..
- Keep the boiled rice in a strainer..
- After 1 hour prick the chicken in skewers..
- Then take a grill tawa on gas,add oil,once oil is hot add chicken..
- Grill the chicken both sides evenly..
- Once tikka's are done,take it out..
- Post that roast the chicken on oven directly..
- Then take a pan on oven add oil,once oil is hot add cinnamon,cloves,green cardamom & fry for 1/2 sec..

- For biriyani layering - The 1st layer should be with chicken tikka masala the 2nd layer whould be with rice..

- Keep a tawa on oven & put the food pan on it, simmer the gas & cook for 15 mins..
- After 15 mins,switch of the gas & rest for 5 min..
- After 5 mins open the laid & serve hot with raita..
