  1. Clean the chicken and add chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, chicken masala and curd.Keep aside for about 30 minutes..
  2. Add enough oil and fry finely chopped onions till golden brown colour. Remove from oil..
  3. Now drop the marinated chicken in that oil and keep it aside..
  4. Take rice in another vessel, add whole garam masala, salt and allow it to cook..
  5. When rice is half cooked, strain it..
  6. Add the rice which has been cooked into it.Spread the rice evenly all over the marinade chicken..
  7. Season the rice with coriander leaves, mint leaves, fried onions..
  8. Add ghee into it..
  9. Add little water all over the rice(optional)..
  10. Make a chapathi dough and seal the lid and the cooking pot tightly with the dough..
  11. Dum the biryani on sim flame for about 45 minutes..
  12. Finally serve biryani.
