Chicken Tikka biryani step by step
- Take chicken wash and marinate with above masala with little oil for 2 hours minimum and cook till it's done, lastly give smoke into chicken.
- Take oil add whole garam masala and cumin seeds and let it crackle..
- To this add ginger garlic paste and cook till it turns golden..
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook till mushy..
- Add dry masala now..

- Add curd and leave on sim till oil separates You can add slitted green chillies as well I added two..
- Fry onions and crush them add this to the prepared masala..
- Remove coal and add chicken and leave for 5 minutes or till oil oozes out from the masala..
