- It's 750 gram of chicken.
- It's 6 of onian.
- Prepare 2 of tomato.
- It's 4 table spoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric.
- You need 2 table spoon of red chilly powder.
- Prepare 1 of big size lemon.
- You need Half of cup hung curd.
- You need of Oil as required.
- You need 2.5 cup of Basmathi rice.
- It's of Spices ( 3 cardamom, 7 cloves, 2 bay leaf, 3 cinnamon, 10pepper.

- Prepare 8 spoon of milk and 5 strands saffron to be mixed.

Chicken semi dum biryani instructions
- In a bowl add 750 gram chicken,red chilly powder,turmeric, ginger garlic paste,curd,garam masala,salt and 2 table spoon oil and marinate for 2 hours maximum so that flavors will combine well.
- In a vessel add oil once it's hot add 4 diced onian and fry well in a low flame until golden brown..
- In a vessel add oil 2 onions fry well add ginger garlic paste and 4 green chillies and fry until raw smell goes away add 2 small sized tomatoes and fry well until oil splits separately and add salt and mix them well now add marinated chicken, coriander and mint mix fry for 15-20 min until chicken is 70% cooked.
- Now once the chicken is cooking in another vessel add 1 jug of water add spices, turmeric and let it to boil then add salt,1 table spoon oil and rice and let it boil for 8-10 min until its 70% cooked once its cooked filter the rice and add it to the chicken mixture and mix well.
- Once the rice and chicken is mixed well add milk and saffron mixture cooked onions,lemon juice, coriander and mint leaves and close the lid. Heat a chapathi pan and place the chicken dice mixture on top of that and keep heavy vessel on top of that to dum and cook for 25 min on low flame so that flavors are well combined. Now after this process it's ready to serve.
