- Soak rice in 3 cups of water for 5 minutes..
- Heat oil in a pan and add ghee to it..
- Then, add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, briyani leaves, onion, tomato, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, chicken, crushed ginger & garlic paste..
- Also, add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, aniseed powder and salt. Fry well (approximately for 20 minutes)..
- Now, add soaked rice to it. Finally, add curd along with lemon..
- Cover the pan and cook until rice is done. It would approximately take 10 minutes..
