- Prepare Half of kg chicken.
- Prepare 250 gm of basmati rice.

Chicken biryani step by step
- Marinate the chicken in all masala, curd,salt,ginger garlic paste for one hour..
- Take soaked rice and give 3/4 boil in hot water with some whole garam masala, salt, oil and drain it..
- Fry onion slices in hot oil seperatly.then put chopped onion, fry with marinated chicken for atleast 15 min,add one glass of water and cook 10 min more..
- Separate half of curry and use rest of for making biryani..
- Spread half cooked rice over it.Put brown onion, gee and red color added with water and kevra also..
- Seal the pot and cook for 20 min in low flame. Rest for 5 min..
- Serve hot with curry and salad..
