Tasty Thai Chicken Biriyani step by step

  1. Wash the rice in a sieve and add enough water and one packet Dabur Hommade Coconut Milk to fully cover the rice - at least cover the surface of the rice.
  2. Add salt to taste.Add few pieces of galangal, lemon grass stocks, kaffir lime leaves.
  3. Set the rice up to boil. Cook till almost done.

  11. Then in another heavy bottomed pan add the chicken and half the barista in it and then cover the chicken with rice and add more barista on top and few pieces of lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.
