Ingredients of Chicken Biryani
- You need 200 gms of Dehradun Basmati rice.
 - It's 400 gms of chicken.
 - You need 1/2 cup of huncurd.
 - It's 1 cup of tomato puree.
 - It's 1 TBS of ginger garlic paste.
 - Prepare 2 of onions finely chopped.
 - You need 1 TBS of red chilli powder.
 - Prepare 1 TBS of biriyani masala.
 - It's To taste of salt.
 - Prepare As needed of oil and ghee.
 - You need 1 TBS of whole garam masala (cardamom, star anis, cinnamon, clove).
 - Prepare 1 cup of lukewarm milk.
 - Prepare 4-5 drops of meetha antar (mixed in the lukewarm milk).
 
Chicken Biryani step by step
- Par boil the rice and strain and keep aside.
 - Heat a pan, add oil and allow the whole garam masala to splutter.
 - Fry the chopped onions make sure it turns to be golden brown..
 - Now add the chicken and saute adding the ginger garlic paste.
 - Add salt and the chilli powder and mix it well..
 - Cover till it becomes tender..
 - Now cover the cooked chicken with rice well..
 - Sprinkle biriyani masala ghee and atar soaked milk and cover..
 - Keep it in a low flame for 20 mins..
 - Serve it hot with Raita..
