  8. Prepare 1 cup of yogurt.

  1. Fry onions till golden brown. Add tomatoes and fry till oil separates.
  2. Add meat,ginger garlic paste,yogurt, potatoes and all the other ingredients except rice. Stir fry for 10 minutes. Add 2 cups water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender. Stir fry until oil separates from gravy.
  3. Separately : add 3 litres of boiling water and salt to the soaked rice. Boil until rice is 3/4 done. Remove the water..
  4. Put half of the rice in pot and pour meat curry. Now put the remaining rice on top. Cover the pot and cook for 5 to 10 minutes untill rice is fully cooked.
