Ingredients of Rajma
- It's 200 gm of rajma soaked for 8 hours.
- It's 4 of onion.
- You need 4 of tomato.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of ginger,garlic and green chilli paste.
- You need 2 of tejpatta.
- Prepare 1 inch of dal chini.
- It's 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds.
- You need 4 tablespoon of butter.
- You need 1 bowl of curd.
- You need 1/2 cup of tarmind water.
- You need As needed of Coriander for garnishing.
- You need of Dry species.
- You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need To taste of Salt according.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of garam masala.

Rajma step by step
- First cook soaked rajma for 6 whistle.Take a pan heat a butter add cummin seeds,tejpatta,and dal.chinni add ginger garlic,green chilli pastecook for 2 minutes.now add onion paste.
- Now add dry species(coriander powder,turmeric powder and garam masala).stir the onion until.oil.comes out.then add tomato puree,add salt in it.keep lid for cook.
- When tomato cook properly.then add turmind water,cook for sometime now add curd. Again keep lid for 5 minutes..
- Now add boiled rajma which we cooked in pressure cooker.Rajma is ready to serve.garnish with coriander.
