- Boil rajma+water in pressure cooker with bay leave, black clove, salf in it.
- Take onion tomato green chilli and ginget and grind into smooth paste.
- Mixture of onion and tomato like thus.
- In a kadhai heat oil and add the tomato onion puree and cook on medium flame for 10 mins and add all the spices in the cooked gravy.
- Mix cooked gravy in boiled rajma and cook on medium flame fot another 10 mins...
- Serve with roti/rice.
