- Wash the soaked rajma and pressure cook with enough water 1 tsp salt and 1/4tsp chilli powder till 5-6 whistles. Keep aside to cool..

- Zeera rice: heat 3 tbsp oil /ghee in a pot add 1/2tsp cumin seeds.. let it splutter (do not burn) and immediately add washed rice to it... add 2 tsp salt... and mix well on high flame till water is dry... the add 5 cups hot water to the rice and cover the lid and let it cook on high flame till the water is reduced... stir the rice well and lower the flame.. cover the lid and cook for another 5 mins and put off the flame..
- Serving: take a bowl... add rice to half of the bowl and pour rajma in the other half... garnish with some chopped coriander and some onion rings.. serve hot..
