  1. You need 1 cup of boiled Rajma.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of besan flour.
  3. You need 1 cup of cabbage chopped.
  4. You need 1 cup of carrot chopped.
  5. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of garam masala.
  7. It's to taste of Salt.
  8. Prepare 2 drops of lemon juice.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  11. Prepare as needed of Oil for frying.

In a mixer jar put red beans, dry red chilli, fennel seeds, salt,&asafetida & coarsely grind. Red kidney beans vada mixture consistency. Add chopped onion, ginger, green chilli, mint, coriander & curry leaves, Mix well. Shape vada & deep fry till golden.

  1. Take a bowl add boiled rajma and proper mashed.then add besan, chopped cabbage and carrot and mix it well.
  2. Then add red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste,garam masala and mix it well. Last u added lemon juice and mix..
  3. Prepare smooth mixture and u can add some water not high only as per ur need, we can make balls so mixture is not thin..
  4. Make a medium size balls and fry it..
  5. Balls loos brown it's ready.close the gas and remove it..
  6. And serve hot with sauce..
