Ingredients of Rajma

  1. It's 250 gm of rajma(kidney beans).
  2. It's 5-6 of tomatoes.
  3. It's 1 of onion.
  4. It's 1inch of ginger.
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of jeera/cumin seeds.
  6. It's 1 teaspoon of hing/asafoetida.
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon of oil.
  8. It's as needed of Chopped green coriander leaves.
  9. You need 1.5 teaspoon of red chilli powder.
  10. It's 1.5 teaspoon of dhaniya(Coriander) powder.
  11. It's 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  12. You need 1 teaspoon of amchur (dry mango)powder.
  13. You need to taste of Salt.

  1. Soak rajma overnight rinse water put in cooker add water in it and salt and give whistle on high flame for 10 minutes and dein on medium flame for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Take kadai put oil jeera hing and puree add all spices.
  4. Add rajma and amchur in it garnish with chopped green coriander leaves rajma ready to serve with rice.
