- Prepare 1 cup of Paneer (cut in blocks).
- You need 4 of tomatoes medium size (roughly chopped).

- You need 3 of cloves.
- You need 1 tsp of Ginger (roughly chopped).
- Prepare 3 of cardamom (elaichi).
- You need 1 of Black cardamom (badi elaaichi).

- You need 1 inch of cinnamon stick (daal cheeni).
- You need 2 tbsp of Kashmiri/Degi red chilli powder.
- You need 3 tbsp of cream/malai.

- You need 4-5 of garlic cloves (finely chopped).
- You need 1 tbsp of Fenugreek (kasuri methi).

- Now, in a pan or kadaai, add another 2tbsp of butter. Then add green chilli and garlic. Fry them a little and then add paneer to this..
- Fry the paneer a little bit and then add puree to it..
- Now into the puree, add salt and another 1tbsp of kashmiri/degi lal mirch. Cook it for 5-7 mins..
- Then add another 2tbsp cream to it, give it a stir and cook until it's ready..
- Once it's all done, turn off the flame. Add another 1tbsp of cream, mix it and top it with kasuri methi. It's done :).
