Rajma masala instructions
- Soaked rajma overnight, in a pressure cooker add rajma with enough water and pressure cooked for 5 whistles or until it's become soft..
- Heat oil in a pan add onion when it's translucent add tomatoes..
- Now add all the dry spices..
- Add ginger-garlic paste and water..
- Saute the mixture till oil release from sides..
- Now add rajma with it's stock and cooked it.
- Now adjust the consistency add coriander leaves and lemon juice.
- It's ready to serve with rice and paratha..
