- In a bowl add chopped onion, jeera, dhania powder,amchur powder, pink salt,chaat masala, paprika powder turmeric, and mix well.
- Add besan flour and mix well using palm.
- Do not add water.
- Make small tikkis or any other shape or size.
- Heat a kadai and add oil to deep fry.
- Fry until nice crispy brown and serve with ketchup or chutney.
