- You need 1 cup of Kidney beans.
- You need 1 of Onion finely chopped.
- It's 2 of Tomato finely crushed.
- You need 1 of Chilli chopped.
- It's 1 spoon of Garlic ginger paste.
- You need 2 spoon of Tamarind paste.
- You need 50 gm of Butter.
- You need 1 pinch of Hing.
- It's 1/2 spoon of Cumin seed.
- You need 1/4 spoon of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 spoon of Chilli powder.
- Prepare 2 spoon of Coriander powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 spoon of Chole masala.
- You need 2 spoon of Cream.
- You need of Rice.
- Prepare 1 cup of Rice.
- Prepare 2 cups of Water.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 spoon of Ghee.
Rajma Rice instructions
- In pressure cooker boil 6-8 hours soaked rajma..
- In a pan heat butter, add jeera & hing dein fry ginger garlic paste for 30 seconds.
- Add chopped onion and saute till golden brown now add green chilli and again saute.
- Add crushed tomato and saute till butter separates.
- Add all dry masala now turmeric +red chilli +coriander powder +salt+Chole masala & saute 2 minutes.
- Now add boiled rajma with 1/2 cup of water left from cooker and tamarind pulp.
- Cover the pan with lid and cook for 10 minutes, and at last add cream and cook it for two minutes.
- Serve hot on rice & garnish with dhaniya or fried chilli.
