Ingredients of Rajma Rice
- It's 2 bowl of rajma.
- Prepare 4 of onions.
- You need 4 of buds garlic.
- You need 6 of tomatoes.
- It's 1 piece of ginger.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Red chilli.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Garam masala.
- You need 2 bowls of Rice.
- You need 2 tsp of Oil for rice.
- Prepare 1 tsp of salt for rice.
Rajma Rice step by step
- Soak Rajma for 8 hrs.
- In cooker add rajma,salt and water.
- Ads lid.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes switch off the gas.
- In a pan add oil.
- Add garlic and onion paste.
- Stir it.
- Add red chilli and haldi.
- Add ginger,green chilli and tomato paste.
- Stir it till masala will leave it's oil.
- Add this mixture in cooker.
- Check it.
- If rajma is soft,then cook for one whistle.
- Add garam masala at last.
- For rice, add water in a pan.
- Add rice.
- Boil it.
- Cover it on slow flame.
- When rice becomes soft strain it.
