  1. You need 1/2 kg of Rajma.
  2. It's 5 glasses of water.
  3. It's 5-6 pieces of Onion.
  4. Prepare 6-7 cloves of garlic.

  6. Prepare 250 gms of tomatoes.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  8. It's 2 of Tejpatta.
  9. It's 2 of badi elaechi.
  10. Prepare 1 of dalchini dandi.
  11. Prepare 2 tsp of tomato sauce.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of haldi.
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of mirch powder.
  14. It's 2 tsp of dhania powder.
  15. It's of Salt according your taste.
  16. You need of Cooking oil 1Tsp cooking oil.
  17. Prepare 2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  18. You need 1 Tsp of Rajma masala.
  19. You need of Green coriender leaves to garnish.

Rajma curry instructions

  1. First of all soak the Rajma overnight..
  2. Now boil the Rajma in pressure cooker add some salt, 1 tejpatta in it..
  3. For making masala we take onion ginger garlic and make a smooth paste..
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and dry whole masala.Now add ginger garlic paste and then onion paste..
  5. Once this paste is done add fresh tomato puree and cook for 10-15 mns..
  6. When it cooks properly add all the masalas and specially Rajma masala powder.Rajma masala is a nice blend of dry mango pomegranate seeds and all the dry masalas in a nice proportion..
  7. Mix some boiled potatoes which are mashed properly..
  8. Don't discard the water in which rajma are soaked.This is used for making curry.Also add some tomato sauce and leave it to boil properly..
  9. Rajma curry is done..garnish with corriender leaves.👍.
