- You need 1/2 kg of Rajma.
- It's 5 glasses of water.
- It's 5-6 pieces of Onion.
- Prepare 6-7 cloves of garlic.
- You need 1 piece of ginger.
- Prepare 250 gms of tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 2 of Tejpatta.
- It's 2 of badi elaechi.
- Prepare 1 of dalchini dandi.
- Prepare 2 tsp of tomato sauce.
- Prepare 1 tsp of haldi.
- Prepare 2 tsp of mirch powder.
- It's 2 tsp of dhania powder.
- It's of Salt according your taste.
- You need of Cooking oil 1Tsp cooking oil.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
- You need 1 Tsp of Rajma masala.
- You need of Green coriender leaves to garnish.
Rajma curry instructions
- First of all soak the Rajma overnight..
- Now boil the Rajma in pressure cooker add some salt, 1 tejpatta in it..
- For making masala we take onion ginger garlic and make a smooth paste..
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and dry whole masala.Now add ginger garlic paste and then onion paste..
- Once this paste is done add fresh tomato puree and cook for 10-15 mns..
- When it cooks properly add all the masalas and specially Rajma masala powder.Rajma masala is a nice blend of dry mango pomegranate seeds and all the dry masalas in a nice proportion..
- Mix some boiled potatoes which are mashed properly..
- Don't discard the water in which rajma are soaked.This is used for making curry.Also add some tomato sauce and leave it to boil properly..
- Rajma curry is done..garnish with corriender leaves.👍.
