- Prepare of Prawns.
- It's of Tomato.
- You need of Onion.
- It's of Dahi(curd).
- It's of Red chilli powder.
- It's of Turmeric.
- It's of Salt.
- It's of Oil.
- It's of Rice -3 cups cooked rice.
- It's of Water.
Prawns biryani instructions
- Turn on the flame and heat a pan and add oil..
- Now add oil in a pan..then add chopped onions and saute till it turns golden brown..
- Then add tomatoes..and saute for 1-2 minutes..
- Now add 2-3 tbsp of red chilli powder and turmeric..and salt as per the taste.
- Then saute till tomatoes becomes mussy..
- Then add 2-3 tbsp of dahi..
- And after that add prawns and gently mix the masala..
- Then add water and make a gravy on low flame for 5-10 minutes..
- After that spread cooked rice on a gravy..and cover with lid and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame..
- After 4-5 minutes turn off the flame..and keep it for 2-3 minutes..
- And then open..and serve it..
