Layered Mutton biryani instructions
- Washed and soaked rice.
- Cut onion in slice keep a side cut potatoes in cubes..
- In a pressure cooker heat oil and fry potatoes cubes remove from oil and keep a side now in remaining oil add tomatoes and fry it when it's little cracked remove from oil and make a paste.
- In remain oil add onion saute till brown colour remove some fry onion from the pressure cooker and keep a side now add whole dry spices..
- Add mutton Sauted for a while stir continuously now add tomato paste, curd, red chilli, lemon juice, salt & ginger garlic paste mix all well and cover the lid and pressure cooked until mutton become soft and tender.
- Now in another pot add water mint leaves green chilli bay leaf cinnamon sticks when it's come to boil add rice in it.
- When it's half cooked drain water from the rice and make them steamed..
- When it's 80% cooked off the flame and keep a side.
- Now open a pressure cooker saute masala till oil comes from sides.
- Now in a open wide pot place a rice layered then mutton layered add potatoes cubes again put a rice layered and then mutton layered again rice put some fry onion on the top now cover the lid and cooked for 5 minutes.
- If rice become soft off the flame and serve with curd or papad.
