Bajra Ka Upma step by step

  1. Wash &soak the bajra.Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add cuminseeds &let them crackle.Later add in bajra &saute in a couple of minuits.Now pour in 2cup water,also add turmeric powder&salt, give it a nice stir.Let this cook for 4-5 Whistle..

  3. Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds &let them crackle.Now add in greenchilli,ginger,&garlic&saute for a minuits.Add soak uraddal&chanadal sauted 1 mints..
