Bajra Ka Upma step by step
- Wash &soak the bajra.Heat oil in a pressure cooker,add cuminseeds &let them crackle.Later add in bajra &saute in a couple of minuits.Now pour in 2cup water,also add turmeric powder&salt, give it a nice stir.Let this cook for 4-5 Whistle..
- For tadka ingredients..
- Heat ghee in a pan add cumin seeds &let them crackle.Now add in greenchilli,ginger,&garlic&saute for a minuits.Add soak uraddal&chanadal sauted 1 mints..
- Add onion &cook for 2-3mints until it turns slight translucent..
- Now add carrot,greenbeans,&mix well.cook for few mints.
- Add green peas&chopped tomato.Toss every thing well..
- Add in turmeric powder,redchillipowder,garammasala,salt&grated coconut,mix everything well..
- Add boiled bajra mix it well.Cook for more 2-3 minuits &turn off the flame..
