Upitu upma step by step

  1. Fry samolina until it's colour started to change brown..
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seed,curry leaf, fenugreek seed and fry for a minute..
  3. Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 to minutes. Now add soaked moong dal and fry for 2 to 3 minutes..
  4. Add tomato,salt and red chilli powder and cook for 2 yo 3 minutes..
  5. Now add samolina fry for minutes add water and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes by covering..
  6. Add lemon juice and put off the flame..
  7. Upitu is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves..
