Upitu upma step by step
- Fry samolina until it's colour started to change brown..
- In a pan heat oil. Add mustard seed,curry leaf, fenugreek seed and fry for a minute..
- Now add chopped onion and fry for 2 to minutes. Now add soaked moong dal and fry for 2 to 3 minutes..
- Add tomato,salt and red chilli powder and cook for 2 yo 3 minutes..
- Now add samolina fry for minutes add water and cook it for 3 to 4 minutes by covering..
- Add lemon juice and put off the flame..
- Upitu is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves..
