- Heat a wok, add mustard oil,heat up well,flame should be on low..
- In smoky oil,add mustard seeds,let it splutter, asafoetida,add cumin, curry leaves, green chillies, crushed garlic, ginger,add onions and saute till becomes translucent..
- Add tomatoes and add salt and cook till tomatoes becomes soft, add cumin powder, turmeric, kashmiri powder and saute. Add lemon juice,saute..
