  4. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder, mix it well and sauté for a minute, then add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil..
  5. When water is boil well, then add lemon juice and roasted vermicelli, and mix it well, now cover it and cook it on low flam..
  6. Once vermicelli absorb water, then switch off the gas and leave it for few minutes, then fluff it up using a spoon..
