- Firstly dry roast the oats for 1-2 minutes..
- Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves and chilli,let it splutter..
- Now add chopped onion and saute it for 1 minute..
- Add cottage cheese,carrot and peas,mix it well altogether and cook it for 2 minutes..
- Add turmeric powder and salt and stir it for 1 minute..
- Add oats and water,cook it by covering the lid till it becomes thick and cooked..
- Finally add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves,mix it and switch off the flame..
