  1. In a bowl, take all the ingredients and mix well. The consistency should quite loose and not very pouring consistency, but fairly enough..

  3. Pour the batter into the bowl and pat down. Microwave for 3 mins. Open and turn around, again MW for 2 mins..
  4. Let it rest for couple of mins. Now in another MW bowl, add oil, add mustard seeds. MW for 30 secs. When done, add water along with sugar. MW for 1 Min. Once done, pour this over the cooked Dhokla. Serve hot with sauce or chutney..
