Ingredients of Chapati Wadi
- You need 4 of chapati (leftover or fresh).
- You need 1/2 cup of besan/gram flour.
- You need 1/4 cup of rice flour.
- It's 6-7 of green chilli pasta.
- It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of seesam seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of tarmarind water.
- It's 1 tbsp of jaggery water.
- It's To taste of salt.
- Prepare 2 tsp of coriander leaves chopped.

- Take bowl add all ingredients like besan,rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, tarmarind water, jaggery water, salt and add little water mix it well..
- Now take one chapati spread besan paste and keep another chapati and again spread besan paste and roll it..
- Keep on steam plate and give steamer for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes cut in pieces and do shallow fry..
- For shallow take pan add 1 tsp oil then add some mustard seeds, sessam seeds coriander leaves and curry leaves. do shallow fry till crispy..
- Your chapati wadi is ready to serve.
